Monitoring source IPs

Alertum runs checks, heartbeats, and status webhooks from the IP addresses below. If your firewall or IP allowlist restricts inbound traffic, add these so your endpoints accept Alertum monitoring requests.

Why allowlist these IPs?

When an endpoint sits behind a firewall, WAF, or IP allowlist that blocks unknown sources, Alertum’s requests can be silently dropped — which shows up as false timeouts or “connection refused” incidents. Allowlisting the source IPs ensures checks reach your services reliably.

Where to add them

  • Cloud security groups (AWS / GCP / Azure) inbound rules
  • Web application firewall (Cloudflare, Fastly, etc.) IP allow rules
  • Reverse proxy / load balancer access lists
  • Application-level IP allowlists for ingest and webhook endpoints

These addresses are stable. If they ever change, we update this page in advance.
